Job Description
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pro Sales Representative to drive Irrigreen’s revenue growth by selling our products directly to contractors and landscapers. In this role, you will generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, close deals, and grow long-term accounts through field and inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales with contractors and landscapers.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline through effective lead generation and account management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training, and presentations to highlight the value of Irrigreen’s products.
  • Manage contractor accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver solutions tailored to contractor needs.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to expand sales opportunities and represent the brand.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or other CRM tools.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling to contractors, landscapers, or in a related field.
  • Knowledge of the irrigation industry or similar (e.g., plumbing, construction, landscaping).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
  • Self-starter with the motivation to hit the ground running and excel in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
